When I view my Trellix web site with Netscape, I am unable to print pages.

When I view my web site with Netscape, I am unable to print pages. I built the site with Trellix 2.1 Corel Edition. How can I fix this?

This is a known problem with Trellix 2.1 -- Corel Edition that is corrected by installing Trellix Web Tripod Edition over it. Do not uninstall Trellix 2.1 to install Trellix Web -- Tripod Edition.

The Trellix Web -- Tripod Edition download is 13.9 MB.

To install the Trellix Web -- Tripod Edition over Trellix 2.1:

1. Go to the Trellix Support web site home page: www.support.trellix.com

2. Click Updates & Downloads at the top of the window.

3. Scroll down to Available Downloads and select both Web (under Product) and Updates (under Select Category to View).

The Updates option will be grayed out if you have not registered your copy of Trellix 2.1 or logged in to the Trellix Support web site as a registered user. Click Login or Register above the box to do so. Then repeat steps 1 - 3.

4. Click View Available Downloads, and click Yes for the Security Alert.

5. Click TrellixWebforTripod1375.exe. Close all Windows applications and files, including your Trellix file. Follow the on-screen instructions to download the file. Note the directory in which you save the file.

6. Double-click TrellixWebforTripod1375.exe in the directory where you saved it.

7. Update your web site:

 Open your Trellix 2.1 file.

 Choose File -- Publish to HTML.

 Select either Export & Preview or Post to Web.

8. After your web site displays in Netscape, print a page to verify that installing Trellix Web --Tripod Edition over Trellix 2.1 has fixed the problem.à
