How can you exceed the merge field limit of 255 characters?i

Edit the data file directly.

If you exit the merge dialog boxes and edit the data file directly from within WordPerfectr, you can extend the length of the field far beyond the 255 characters.

If you create a data file and use the merge dialog boxes to enter your fields and data, the dialog box will not allow you to enter any more data upon reaching the maximum of 255 characters for a particular field.
