What is the Importance and Location of a Support Code


The importance of a Corel® Support Code is to get answers on any supported products from a Technical Support Specialist.  A valid 9 digit support code has to be obtained for either Warrany Support or Priority Support.

• Warranty support:  a free support code will be delivered in a product registration email.  See  Figure 1.
• Priority support: a support code will be delivered in an order confirmation email.  To purchase a one-time priority support code, you can click on the following link:  http://www.corel.com/corel/product/index.jsp?pid=prod4150136&skuId=CONSUMERPRICASE or contact Customer Service at 1-877-582-6735

Please note, it may take up to 20 minutes to receive a registration email. If the registration email has not received, please check either the Junk mail, Spam or Deleted mail folder.  It may be necessary to adjust any anti-spam configuration settings to ensure proper delivery to the Inbox..
