- Order number (listed in your on-screen order confirmation page and your order confirmation email message)
- Full customer name

If you have placed your order, and you have problems downloading the software or cannot install your WinZip software using the file you downloaded, please do not reorder. Instead, please visit the Alternative Download Links page. You will find direct download links to all of the latest versions of WinZip applications here.
To install the software, just double-click the file you downloaded, and follow the instructions on the screen.

If you need assistance with the operation of the software, or have questions or comments about WinZip, WinZip Courier or WinZip Self-Extractor, please submit a ticket to Technical Support.
You can use the upper portion of the order confirmation email that you receive as your receipt. If you no longer have your order confirmation email, you can request a receipt from Customer Service using this form. Please provide your name, the email address and the physical address you used when you placed the order, and the order date.
Anyone who has purchased the product within 30 days can get a refund of the purchase price. If you want to arrange a refund, please contact WinZip Service or mail a request to:

To qualify for a refund, please remove the software from any computers on which you've installed it. Also, please destroy the CD, if you received one.
The best way to remove the software from your system is as follows:
- Click Start and choose Control Panel
- Click Uninstall a program beneath Programs
- Click WinZip, or WinZip Courier, or WinZip Self-Extractor, depending on which software package you are removing
- Click Uninstall
Then contact WinZip Service, state that you have removed the software from any computers on which you've installed it (and have destroyed the CD if applicable), and also state that you will no longer be using the software.
