

Delete the Program Files and Folders
- Go to Windows Directory; delete the following folders/directories:
- “C:\program files\corel\Corel VideoStudio Pro X5” or
- “C:\Program Files\Corel\Corel VideoStudio Ultimate X5\”
- Go to C:\Windows\Installer\ and then delete 1A1BD41E-9854-4957-8959-F9559A8862A7
- On Windows XP:
- C:\Documents and Settings\[YOUR USERNAME]\application data\Ulead Systems\Corel VideoStudio Pro\15.0
- C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Corel\VSPro\Version15
- On Windows Vista/7:
- C:\Users\[YOUR USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\Ulead Systems\Corel VideoStudio Pro\15.0
- C:\ProgramData\Corel\VSPro\Version15
Remove the Registry Entries

- Go to Start >> Run (Search Field on Windows Vista/7) and then type: regedit
- Hit “OK” to launch Regedit window.
- Go to “Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Ulead Systems\Corel VideoStudio Pro”; delete the folder “15.0”
- Go to “Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Ulead Systems\Corel VideoStudio Pro”; delete the folder “15.0”
- Go to “Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Corel\VSPro\”; delete the folder “Version15”
- Go to Computer > HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT > Installer > Products; locate and delete the following keys:

- 4396CDCD8247E9846815095B131984B8
- 669F4AA8B4FE8D4499AA4CAE394B8636
- 82B7F6A6871ECA7468456A45DA6A7C77

- Go to Computer > HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Microsoft > Windows > CurrentVersion > Installer > UserData > S-1-5-18 > Products; locate and delete the identity enclosed in curly brackets that corresponds to Ulead VideoStudio Pro X5 (15.0.0.258):

- Close the Regedit.
- Clean up temporary files and Recycle Bin by launching the Disk Cleanup from Start menu >> Programs >> Accessories >> System Tools >> Disk Cleanup.
- Restart your computer.
- Reinstall VideoStudio Pro X5.
