WinZip Suite for Windows

WinZip 76.x is the subscription version of WinZip.

When WinZip 76.x is downloaded and installed, it installs in the same language as installed in Windows.

Example: If your Windows OS language is German, then WinZip 76.x will be installed in German.

WinZip 76.x is only available in these languages: Brazilian Portuguese, Chinese Simplified, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, and Spanish.

Perpetual version of WinZip

WinZip can be downloaded in different versions and languages, but there is one caveat since the release of WinZip 27.

WinZip 27 and newer is only available in the following languages: Chinese Simplified, Brazilian Portuguese, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, and Spanish.

How to download a specific version of WinZip?

Let's say you want to download the French version of WinZip 26:

1. Please choose version 26 of WinZip to download from the below list: https://download.winzip.com/winzip260.exe
2. Then, add the correct abbreviation before the .exe in the download link: https://download.winzip.com/winzip260fr.exe

Register WinZip Enterprise

The installer for the WinZip Enterprise edition is a multi-language installer. The language of WinZip will depend upon the language of the operating system of the machine. For example, if your Windows OS language is French, then the WinZip Enterprise edition will be installed in French.

However, if you want to force a certain language other than the Windows OS language, the following MSI properties should be modified:

- DEFAULTLANGID

- ALLLANGS

WinZip for Mac

WinZip for Mac is only available in English.

WinZip PDF Pro

At the moment, WinZip PDF Pro is only available in English and works on Windows only.

However, we are working to make WinZip PDF Pro available in more languages in the near future.
