Resolution:

• If installing from disc, try copying all files from the disc to a folder on the hard drive then installing from hard drive.
• If installing from download, delete all files in Temp folder then try again.
• Try the fix for the issue Critical Registry Keys Needed For This Application Are Missing. error message when launching Creator 2012
