An issue that pixels along the bottom edge of a selection are dropped.
This issue has been resolved with SP 5 for PSPX3. You can find Service Pack 5 at: http://www.corel.com/corel/pages/index.jsp?pgid=800161&ppid=800007 and click on the Download button.
