I have a PNG image. How can I change some of the colors of this image?

You will need to change the image to a vector image via “Modify > Path > Vectorize Image.” Then you can select parts of the image and change the colors. Or you can add effects like “Color Adjust" or "Overlay" from the inspector panel.
