This can be a caused by a plug-in installed in your browser and it is called Browser Manager. You might not be aware of it since it automatically installs itself in some cases after clicking on a link or you visited some websites. This can be installed in FireFox, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome.
To check if you have one installed, please go to:
For Windows Vista/7:
Click Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features > Look for “Browser manager” in the list then click on it and click uninstall.
For Windows XP:
Click Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Look for “Browser manager” in the list then click on it and click uninstall.
After uninstalling Browser Manager, relaunch VideoStudio.
