WinZip Return Policy
For copies purchased in the WinZip Online Store
Within 30 days of your product download purchase, you may request a full refund, for any reason. You can submit your refund request to Cleverbridge, the order-processing partner of WinZip, using the link here. Automation allows you to get a refund quickly if all the requirements are met:
- No more than 30 days have passed since your purchase
- WinZip copy has been purchased via the WinZip Online Store
NOTE: WinZip cannot refund purchases made through other online stores. Please contact the online store directly for their refund policy.
For copies purchased in App Store
WinZip for Mac falls under the Apple Sales & Refund Terms and Conditions.
Apple does not permit returns or offer refunds for products purchased through the App Store, including WinZip. We can't process returns or refunds for WinZip sold by Apple.
