How to restore a Studio 15 project archive in Pinnacle Studio 16

It is not possible to directly restore a project archive from Studio 15 in Pinnacle Studio 16, but there is a simple way to accomplish the task.

  1. Restore the archived project in Studio version 15, note the project name.
  2. Launch Pinnacle Studio.
  3. Go to File > Import previous Pinnacle Studio Projects. Browse for the project that was restored in Step 1.
  4. Open the project to the Pinnacle Studio Timeline.
