1. Was ist die CorelDRAW-Web?
   CorelDRAW Web ist eine Webanwendung, mit der Sie professionelle Illustrationen und Designs in Ihrem Browser erstellen können. Mit CorelDRAW Web können Anwender die meisten der in den Desktop-Versionen von CorelDRAW verfügbaren Design-Funktionen nutzen, ohne ein Produkt auf ihr Windows- oder Mac-Gerät herunterladen und installieren zu müssen - die Anwendung wird direkt im Browser geladen. 
   CorelDRAW Web bietet eine Teilmenge der wichtigsten Funktionen der CorelDRAW Graphics Suite für den Desktop. Sie besteht nur aus der CorelDRAW-Anwendung (Corel PHOTO-PAINT, Corel Font Manager oder andere Anwendungen der Suite sind nicht enthalten). Die Benutzeroberfläche von CorelDRAW Web bietet eine ähnliche Benutzererfahrung, wie sie Benutzer der CorelDRAW-Desktop-Anwendung unter Windows gewohnt sind.

2. Kann ich CorelDRAW Web ausprobieren, ohne ein Abonnement zu erwerben?
   Sie können sich hier für eine kostenlose 15-tägige Testversion anmelden.

3. Welchen Webbrowser kann ich verwenden?
   CorelDRAW Web unterstützt die neuesten Versionen von Chrome, Edge und Firefox.
   • Google Chrome Version 130 oder höher
   • Microsoft Edge Version 130 oder höher
   • Firefox Version 130 oder höher (eingeschränkte Unterstützung)
     Bitte beachten Sie: Die Unterstützung für Firefox ist eingeschränkt, und einige Funktionen (z. B. die Zwischenablage) funktionieren möglicherweise nicht wie erwartet.
      
4. In welchen Sprachen kann ich CorelDRAW Web verwenden?
   CorelDRAW Web ist in Englisch, Deutsch, Spanisch, Französisch, Italienisch, Niederländisch, Polnisch, Portugiesisch, Tschechisch, Japanisch, Chinesisch (vereinfacht) und Chinesisch (traditionell) verfügbar.
    
5. Kann ich die CorelDRAW Web im Inkognito-Modus verwenden? 
   Nein, CorelDRAW Web unterstützt den Inkognito-Modus in Ihrem Browser nicht.
    
6. What are the system requirements to run CorelDRAW Web?
   The following specifications are required for CorelDRAW Web to run:
   • Windows 11 (Version 22H1 or later) or Windows 10 (22H2) or macOS Sequoia (15), macOS Sonoma (14), macOS Ventura (13), 64-bit, with the latest updates 
   • Internet connection
   • Supported browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge (version 130 or later), Firefox* (version 130 or later)  
     Please Note: Support for Firefox is limited, and some features (such as clipboard) may not work as expected.
   • Mouse or touch pad (touch screens and stylus are not supported)
   • Recommended screen resolution: 1920 x 1080 at 100% (96 dpi) or higher 
   • Minimum screen resolution: 1290 x 720 at 100% (96 dpi) 
   • 8 GB of RAM
   • 4 GB free hard disk space
     
     Please note: Purchasing a subscription to CorelDRAW Graphics Suite entitles you to both the desktop applications and CorelDRAW Web for the duration of your subscription. The desktop applications will require additional specifications as listed in the Tech Specs for CorelDRAW Graphics Suite
      
7. Can I use CorelDRAW Web on my phone, tablet, or other mobile device?
   CorelDRAW Web does not support mobile devices at this time.
    

8. Can I use CorelDRAW Web on a Mac?
   Yes, CorelDRAW Web can be used on Mac devices (using Chrome or any other supported browser – see question 3 above). Note that Safari is not supported at this point. However, the user interface of CorelDRAW Web provides a user experience as CorelDRAW desktop application users on Windows come to expect. If you want the full experience of CorelDRAW for macOS, download and install CorelDRAW Graphics Suite for macOS. If you want to try out CorelDRAW on macOS before purchasing, you may download and install CorelDRAW Graphics Suite for Mac as a free 15-day trial.

9. I can’t find a feature, was it removed?
   CorelDRAW Web offers a subset of the main features offered in the full CorelDRAW Graphics Suite. It consists of the CorelDRAW application only (Corel PHOTO-PAINT, Corel Font Manager or any other applications of the suite are not included). Some features, tools, or actions are not available in CorelDRAW Web, but can be used by installing the desktop CorelDRAW Graphics Suite. 10. Why is CorelDRAW Web not loading or has slow performance?  
    If you experience issues with CorelDRAW Web not loading or has slow performance, this may be due to browser extension(s) that you have installed in your browser. Browser extensions could be items like Ad blockers or VPN extensions. We suggest disabling these extensions for CorelDRAW Web to see if that improves the performance of the trial.
     
11. Why is CorelDRAW Web running out of memory?
    CorelDRAW Web uses the WebAssembly technology to run inside a browser and is currently limited to 4GB in memory. Even though your system may have more memory available, the application will run out of memory if it tries to use more than 4GB of memory. 
    Documents or templates opened, cached and temporary data all consume memory and may eventually lead to the application running out of memory. 
    Please note that the CorelDRAW Graphics Suite desktop applications do not have this limitation; since they are installed as an application on your desktop, they are only limited by the amount of RAM your system has available.
     
12. What happened to the CorelDRAW Graphics Suite Trial version?
    CorelDRAW Graphics Suite is still available as a free trial for both Mac and Windows. The CorelDRAW Graphics Suite trial offers a complete preview of the full suite of applications and features. You can download your 15-day-trial of CorelDRAW Graphics Suite  here.
     
13. Can I still try CorelDRAW Graphics Suite for Windows or Mac if I used the CorelDRAW Web trial? 
    While using CorelDRAW Web, any files you create can be saved to a local folder or to your Cloud storage.  When the trial period ends, your locally saved files will still be available on your local system. Files saved in Cloud storage will still be available during your next subscription period.
     
14. Where do my files in CorelDRAW Web save to? What happens to my files after the subscription or trial period is over? 
    While using the CorelDRAW web trial, any files you create and save will be saved to your local Downloads folder. Cloud file storage is not available in the CorelDRAW Web trial. When the trial period ends, your previously saved files will still be available on your local system.
     
15. Can I start a new CorelDRAW Web trial with a different account?  
    CorelDRAW Web Trials are limited to one 15-day period per user. 
    You are limited to one trial per device; you cannot begin a new trial on the same device with a different account.  
     
16. I purchased the product; can I continue to use the CorelDRAW Web trial?
    Upon activation of a CorelDRAW subscription, your trial will end and you will gain access to the full subscriber experience of CorelDRAW Web. The feature set is identical, but you will no longer be prompted to purchase a subscription.
    Purchase of CorelDRAW Graphics Suite 2024 for perpetual use does not include access to CorelDRAW Web. If you wish to use CorelDRAW Web, please sign up for a subscription.
     
17. Ich habe ein Abonnement erworben und mich bei CorelDRAW Web angemeldet, aber es wird angezeigt, dass meine Testversion abgelaufen ist oder dass ich mich noch in einer Testphase befinde. Was kann ich tun?

18.  Was ist ein Corel-Konto? Wie kann ich auf mein corel.com-Konto zugreifen?
    Um die Testversion zu starten, werden Sie aufgefordert, sich bei Ihrem Corel-Konto anzumelden oder ein Corel-Konto zu erstellen, wenn Sie noch keines haben. Wenn Sie ein Konto erstellen, können Sie sich mit Facebook oder Google anmelden, wenn Sie dies wünschen.
    Über Ihr Corel-Konto haben Sie Zugriff auf eine Übersicht über Ihre bisherigen Einkäufe und den Produktstatus der Corel-Produkte, die Sie abonniert haben oder besitzen. Sie können sich bei Ihrem Corel-Konto anmelden, indem Sie auf www.coreldraw.com gehen, dann oben auf der Seite auf Anmelden klicken und den Anweisungen folgen.
