Problem: A “video graphics overlay” message appears when a user tries to play a DVD using Cineplayer.

Resolution: Update video card drivers to the latest available that are WHQL Certified and support the Operating System, also setting to recommended screen resolutions and try disabling DXVA andVMR settings or closing whatever else is using the video overlay. Within Cineplayer, go to Settings > Video to disable/enable these settings.

- Go to Start -> Control Panel -> CinePlayer DVD Decoder Options (if you don't see it, click on Switch to Classic View at the left) -> Video tab, uncheck the box for Enable Video Mixing Renderer (VMR) Support and click on Apply then OK.
