SoundSoap serial number included with Toast 11 Pro is invalid

You can resolve this issue by changing the product selected from BIAS SoundSoap 2 SE to BIAS SoundSoap for Toast 2:

  1. In the BIAS Authorization Manager (where the serial number is entered), find where SoundSoap 2 SE is selected by default.
  2. Click on the button to Show All Products and select BIAS SoundSoap for Toast 2 at the very bottom of the list.
  3. Enter the serial number and submit activation.
