To change the Display Units on Rulers, go to the Edit tab, then
Click File > Preferences > General Program Preferences
In the selection under Preferences, select the Unit
Select the preferred Display Units from the dropdown menu (Pixels, Inches, Centimeters)
You may also change the color of the Ruler to Tool bar colors or the Black on white.
