When installing VideoStudio Pro X4 the installation goes thru with the Operating System language, for example French but program launches in English.

Ensure the non-Unicode language is “French (Canada.)”
From within the VideoStudio program folder, back up the file u32comm.ini and replace it with the attached file.
Launch VSX4 program.
This update addresses some language issues in French (Canada), German(Austria), German(Switzerland), French(Switzerland).
