NOTE: Before removing or installing a program, patch or update, please log in as administrator. The only way to get full administrator access on Vista/Windows 7 is to turn off the User Account Control and have the program installer "Run as Administrator".

Solution A: Control Panel (recommended)
- Go to Start ▸ Control Panel and select Add or Remove Programs (XP)/Programs and Features (Vista/Windows 7)
- Select MotionStudio 3D from the list
- Highlight and select the Remove or Uninstall button
- Restart the computer.
- Re-install MotionStudio 3D by re-downloading the installer from the Order Confirmation e-mail or by logging in to your corel.com account. If installing from a CD version, then insert the DVD.
Solution B: Manually uninstalling (intermediate to advanced users)
- This step will requires entering into the Windows registry. This is recommended for more advanced users who are comfortable with editing the Windows registry.
- First, remove the Program folder:
- Windows Vista and 7
- START ▸Computer ▸Local Disk C ▸Program Files (x86) ▸Corel
- Delete the Folder named: Corel MotionStudio 3D 1.0
- Windows XP
- START ▸My Computer ▸Local Disk C ▸Program Files ▸Corel
- Delete the Folder named: Corel MotionStudio 3D 1.
- Windows Vista and 7
- Next, delete the temporary files,
- Windows Vista/7
- Hold down the Windows key + R key until you get the Run box
- Type appdata and click the OK button
- Left double click on the Roaming folder
- Left double click on the Ulead Systems folder
- Search for and delete the Corel MotionStudio 3D 1.0 folder
- Windows XP
- You will need to show your hidden files and folders before proceeding. Click HERE to see instructions on how to make hidden folders visible.
- From the START menu, open the Control Panel
- Open Folder Options
- Select the View tab
- Under Hidden files and folders select show hidden files and folders
- Click OK
- Hold down the Windows key + R key until you get the Run box
- Type %appdata% and then click on OK
- Click on the Folder Up button
- Find and open the Local Settings folder
- Open the Application Data Folder
- Open the Ulead Systems folder
- Delete the MotionStudio 3D folder
- Locate the Documents folder in Windows and locate the Corel MotionStudio 3D folder.
- Delete this folder.
- Windows Vista/7
- Windows Registry
- START▸Accessories▸Run
- Type: regedit
- Click OK
- It is necessary and highly recommended to back up the Windows registry before continuing in case any mistakes are made in the registry, it can be replaced by the saved capy.
- Click File▸Export
- Save File to desktop
- Give the backed up file a name
- Click Save and then wait for the file to save

Locate the Corel folder and expand it
Locate the Corel Motion Studio 3D folder and delete it
