CorelDRAW Essentials 2020: EULA page may appear blank

1 users found this article helpful

On some systems, the EULA page, which appears on first launch (auto-launch) of CorelDRAW Essentials 2020 may appear blank.

The EULA must be accepted, allowing the user to sign in and launch the application.
This can affect retail versions of both CorelDRAW Essentials 2020 and CorelDRAW Standard 2020, and trial versions of CorelDRAW Standard 2020.

Solution:
1. Close the blank dialog using the ‘X’ in the upper right corner.
2. Launch the application from the desktop icon, or Start menu.
3. The EULA dialog will appear with content, allowing the user to accept / decline and launch the sign-in dialog.
