AfterShot Standard 3 & AfterShot Pro 3: Unable to open Raw Image

If you are unable to open the Raw Image, make sure the camera model is on the list of cameras supported by our AfterShot Standard 3 / AfterShot Pro 3, and its camera profile is installed.

RAW files from a wide array of digital cameras are supported, as well as JPEG and TIFF files. Examples of RAW formats include 3FR, ARW, CR2, CRW, DCR, DNG, ERF, K25, KDC, MEF, MOS, NEF, NRW, ORF, PEF, RAF, RW2, SR2, SRF, X3F.

If it’s on the list and still unable to open the Raw Image, you need to install its camera profile.  To do this you may follow the steps from here https://kb.corel.com/en/128282
