Common Login Problems While Checking Support Case Status

1. When I attempt to logon with my password, I get the following error message... "This Email Address does not exist in our system".  This is caused because you are not logging in with the email address you used to create your corel.com account


2. When I attempt to create a new account, I get the following error message... "An account with that email address already exists in our system".  In this case, simply click on the following link to reset your corel.com password:


https://www.corel.com/corel/accountForgotPassword.jsp

3. When I attempt to reset my password, I get the following error message... "Site Temporarily Unavailable - Thank you for visiting www.corel.com. This site is temporarily unavailable. Please try again shortly."  In this case, please call our sales dept. at 1-877-582-6735 and they will be able to assist you with your corel.com account.
