This may happen, if the Windows Operating System has an erroneous installation of the .Net Framework. Thus, repairing of said Microsoft .NET Framework installation is a known solution for this issue.
To do this, follow these steps:
1. Click Start menu | Control Panel | select Programs and Features or Add/Remove Programs.
2. Under the Currently installed programs list, highlight on Microsoft .NET Framework, and then click Change/Remove.
3. Click Repair, and then click Next.
Repeat this process for other versions in chronological order, if these exists in the list.
Once done, restart your system in Safe mode and see if you can install your Corel software.
