"Serial number already in use" error message when installing your software
A serial number is automatically assigned to the Corel account used for the first installation of the software.
If the error "Serial number already in used" appears when installing the software, it means that the Corel account you are currently using to install / log in is inconsistent with the one used during the initial installation. Login to your Corel.com to confirm the registration and/or subscription. If you can't remember the account you initially used, please contact technical support and provide us with the serial number and the proof of purchase.
