WPO: Cannot click on page to place insertion point / cursor [Shadow Cursor feature]

Symptoms:

User cannot click on the page to place the cursor / insertion point.

Cause

Shadow Cursor feature is not enabled

Resolution

Click View menu > Shadow Cursor 

OR

Click the Shadow Cursor icon () on the bottom toolbar (Application Bar) of WordPerfect.
