Cannot run Printserver message when printing.

When a user attempts to print, the user sees the printing dialog for a minute or two, then a message "Cannot run printserver210.exe". Note, the 210 may be different, depending on the version of WordPerfect.


Running Windows 11 Insider Preview is a known cause of this issue:


One must leave the Windows Insider Preview program (beta version of Windows) and revert to a non-beta version of Windows to resolve this issue.  Please consult with Microsoft for assistance with how to revert Windows to a non-Insider Preview build of Windows 11. This may require leaving the preview program, then doing a clean reinstallation of Windows and then reinstall WordPerfect.
