Stabilize effect produces jerky or stuttering results

In some cases it is possible that the Stabilize effect will not have any beneficial effect. This is most likely to occur if the video you are trying to stabilize has too much action or very abrupt motion. The Stabilize effect will work correctly on most handheld shots which have normal motion and slow panning shots which can tend to be unstable.
