What are the system requirements for Instant DVD

Windows:
- Windows XP Professional Edition
- Windows XP Home Edition
- Windows 2000 Pro with the latest Service Pack installed

NOTE: Instant DVD Recorder will not install or run on Windows 98 or ME.

Processor:
The processor speed necessary to capture full DVD quality, without dropping frames is dependent on the capture device:
If the capture device is a:
- TV tuner card then a Pentium 4, 2.2 GHz or better is required
- DV camcorder, then a Pentium 4, 2.6 GHz or better is required
- DVC 120, then a Pentium 4, 1.0 GHz or better is required

Memory:
At least 512 MB of RAM

Hard disk
Enhanced IDE hard drive with Master Mode drivers and at lease 1 GB of free storage space.

Graphics Card:
DirectX 9 compatible graphics card.

Sound Card:
DirectX 9 compatible sound card.

Note: If your computer does not have Microsoft DirectX 9 installed, the Instant DVD Recorders installer will install it since it is required for operation of the software.
