A support code is a 9 digit number associated with your product or Priority Support entitlement. This code is used:

  1. To ensure that no-one else misuses your identity to obtain support. The code is a way to help confirm that you are the correct person
  2. To ensure that you getting the appropriate level of support to which you are entitled. The code is a way to check the product that you registered or the level of support you have purchased.
