You can resolve this issue by changing the product selected from BIAS SoundSoap 2 SE to BIAS SoundSoap for Toast 2:
- In the BIAS Authorization Manager (where the serial number is entered), find where SoundSoap 2 SE is selected by default.
- Click on the button to Show All Products and select BIAS SoundSoap for Toast 2 at the very bottom of the list.
- Enter the serial number and submit activation.
