I get the error “Loading has failed” when I try to open a file

If it happens with a local file, you need to send the .gvdesign file to us, so that we can check it. You can download your .gvdesign file by going to “File > Download file...” (in the web app) and “File > Save to file” in the desktop versions. If it’s a Cloud file, you need to send us the email address of your Gravit account and the file name.
