VideoStudio: How to Change the program language

In the latest versions of VideoStudio, you can change the application language by choosing Settings menu > Display Language, and choosing the language you want from the submenu.
 
If the text does not display as expected, or if you have an older version of VideoStudio, verify that the language you want to display is added in the Windows language settings (Windows Control Panel > Clock, Language, and Region > Add a language).
 
For non-Unicode text, follow the instructions below to ensure that the text displays correctly.
 
Changing the language locale for non-Unicode text

 

Windows 10 and Windows 8

  1. Do one of the following:
    (Windows 10) In the Windows search box, type Control Panel and press Enter.
    (Windows 8) Right-click the Windows Start icon and select Control Panel.
  2. Select Clock, Language, and Region.
  3. Select Region.
  4. Select the Administrative tab.
  5. In the Language for non-Unicode programs area, select Change system locale.
  6. Choose the language you want.
  7. Click OK, and OK again.
  8. Reboot your computer to apply the changes.

 

 Windows 7

  1. Click Start.
  2. Select Control Panel.
  3. In your Control Panel, select Region and Language.
  4. In the Region and Language window, select the Administrative tab.
  5. In the Language for Non Unicode Programs area, click the Change System Locale button.
  6. Choose the language you want.
  7. Click OK, and OK again.
  8. Reboot your computer to apply the changes.
