QuattroPro does not behave normally, or the icons, toolbars, menus, or other user interface items are not visually correct.
This can be caused if the current workspace is damaged or incorrectly configured. Resetting the Workspace to default is a quick and easy way to restore the look and feel of Quattro Pro to factory defaults. Please note that this operation cannot be undone.
- Save your work and close Quattro Pro
- While holding the left shift key on your keyboard, launch Quattro Pro
- When prompted, "Are you sure you want to overwrite the current workspace with the factory default?", answer "Yes"
