Symptoms:
You receive errors when saving / opening files. A technician may request a "File Log". This article describes how to enable file logging in WordPerfect.
Resolution:
- Open WordPerfect
- Click Tools menu > Settings..., Environment icon
- Click the Diagnostics tab
- Put a checkmark next to "File logging".
- Note the location of the file log. You can specify a different location if you wish.
- Once you have seen the problem happen two or more times, email the file log to the technician.
