1. Disable DMXlauncher
- Click Start --> Run(Search if you are using Windows Vista).
- Type "msconfig" and click on the OK button.
- Select the Startup tab over on the right side.
- Uncheck the box next to DMXlauncher.
- Click on the Apply button and then click on OK.
- Click YES to restart the computer.
- After rebooting, you may receive a message saying, "You have used the 'System Configuration Utility' to make changes to your system....". If you get this message, simply place a check mark in a box on the lower left side titled, "Do not show me this message again" and click on the OK button.
2.Set your desired Autoplay preferences
In Windows XP
- Click Start --> My Computer.
- Right-click on drive(s) affected select Properties.
- Select the Autoplay Tab.
- Choose DVD Movie from the drop down menu.
- Select Prompt me each time to choose an action.
- Click OK.
In Windows Vista
- Click Start -> Control Panel.
- Click Control Panel Home in the upper left hand corner.
- Under Hardware and Sound select Play CDs or other media automatically.
- In the drop down menu marked for DVD movie select Ask me every time.
- Click Save.
